FORMAT: 7v7. 45 minute games (4 x 10 minute quarters), 1 min quarter break, 3 min half time. U14 Corners Played & defended with 4 field players + the goalie. U12 & U10 No Corners/Free hit outside the circle. 5 corners = Stroke (Stroke is 5 meters)
